There’s more to being well dressed than just looking good. It can alter your mood, self-esteem, and life very much.

It also influences how others respond to you, and can have a positive impact on your state of mind, as well.


Science says what you wear affects you psychologically. Dressing can help improve your self-confidence and self-esteem. They are like mental muscles – Everyone is born with it, but not everyone flexes it. You need to exercise these muscle to grow stronger.


Think of a time when you didn’t feel well. You probably put on whatever and dressed the way you felt. Now, take yourself back to a day when you had an important exam or interview. How did you dress and how did it affect your mentality?


When you dress well, you feel and look like you have your act together, you know your shi*. I mean if you don’t give them how will they take it?!

We may think that being fashionable is wasteful or extra and our awesome personality will draw attention away from the sloppiness or stains on our outfit. False!


What we wear speaks volumes in just a few seconds. Not everyone will get to know you, why not come off as confident and dependable on the first try.


You are one awesome book the world should be interested in reading, without even flipping a page.


It is important to dress in styles that fit your body proportion and also who you see yourself becoming.


Dressing to impress really is worthwhile and could even be the key to success. Make an effort, dress the part!
